The (non-politically affiliated) Red States were formed in September of 2007 as part of the Contemporary A cappella Society of America's League of semi-professional and professional groups (as recently mentioned in The New York Times Sunday Styles). Each member has a rich background in performance and come together to make a powerhouse sound and a dynamic, engaging performance. Not even a year after their inception, this 11-strong group is taking it's repertoire of rock, dirty pop and R&B hits all over Gotham.
