  Queens Pride is Sunday, June 6th! The parade will step off on 37th Avenue and 89th Street and disperse into the
  Festival on 75th Street and 37th Road. Join us!!!!
 
  Please fill out and return this form by pressing "submit" below. May 15th, 2011 is our deadline. You can also mail a
  printed form to the QLGPC, P.O. Box 720464, Jackson Heights, NY 11372. Forms must be postmarked by Sunday,
  May 15th, 2011. For more information call 718-228-7599 ph/fax or contact us via email parade@queenspride.com.
 
  Parade Policy: We ask each participating group to respect all contingents that take part in this event. This
  celebration is an opportunity to come together in our diversity and honor our common humanity and heritage.
 
  Parade Guidelines: We ask marshals to wear the sash provided by the QLGPC Committee. This identifies them to
  parade organizers and police as the persons responsible for each group and its vehicles.
 
  Important: If you will be using a vehicle at the parade you must fill out our seperate "Vehicles Guidelines & Liability
  Waiver" application form.
 
  When you send the QLGPC Committee your registration form, you will receive a confirmation letter and shortly
  thereafter, a notice of your line-up position.

    Marshals: Each group and each vehicle must provide at least two marshals to accompany it during the
    Parade. Groups of over 50 marchers should provide four. We cannot accept vehicle requests, including
    those for the physically challenged, unless two marshals are listed to march beside each vehicle.
